Changes after acceptence

Anyone on here notice some mistake (ex. reported A when got B, or forgot to include a class) on their application and changed it after they had been accepted?

1- did that school still accept you?
2- what did you do to change it or did any problems occur?

My problem …http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=156145

....anyone?

I read it and I have bad news... the same thing happened to my friend who accepted at LA last year. She called them up and explained... the next day she got a letter in the mail telling her that the admission was revoked. Good luck... do your best to convince.

Can u give me the details about her problem? For me I think it is ok that i left out physical science..since its not a UC approved course. But Algebra 2A repeat was after I already passed it and it didn't get me a higher gpa or any advantage. I just simply forgot to list it twice.
They'd revoke me for that?

i'm having a similar problem myself, i reported scores that i had taken from a community college under some category and i'm afraid that it might have been the wrong one

if it was and it boosted my gpa then there might be neg. consequences

i suggest u call them up and explain

amiradaprincess: can u give more specific details about your friends situation? Was it regarding a repeat class like mine or was it for an entirely omitted class?

Both.. she forgot to write that she has taken alg 2 and the fact that she failed it... If you call them up and talk to them... you can tell from what they tell you if you are ok... since physical science isn't a uc approved course and the alg 2 course has not affect, i'm gonna have to say that they will let you off the hook :-). good luck

Thanks..yeah its definatly a diffrent situation with your friend...I didn't fail it. But I did get a "D" in physical science in 9th grade that I forgot to report. But they dont look at 9th grade right?

Right :-)....

plus you don't even have to report it, since it isn't an a-g approved course.
