Projects at Community Hospital in Long Beach-
*Volunteer at Hospital Painting- 2 years
*Project- Sending Hospital Supplies to Needy Hospitals in the Philippines
The project was inspired by the time I found out Community Hospital threw out its entire medical library due to lack of storage space. It seemed like such a huge waste to throw out hundreds of thousands of dollars of usable medical texts. Recently, my father, manager of the Pharmacy at Community Hospital found out the hospital would once again be throwing out equipment, this time surgical tools. I didn’t want these perfectly usable tools to be thrown away when they could still be used to save lives. I collected equipment that was going to be thrown away and shipped it to needy hospitals in the Philippines (via relative contacts). Supplies included hundreds of forceps and other various surgical tools. One of the cooler things was a bone drill. The surgical tools were all in good, sterile condition and their worth was several thousand dollars in total. I will most likely send more boxes over to the Philippines if and when the hospital decides to throw more things out.

This year I took 7 APs Tests and 1 IB Test:

AP Calc AB
AP US
AP US Gov
AP Comp Gov

I'm pretty sure I passed them all. I’ll repost w/ scores in 2 weeks.

What are my chances at these schools:
Stanford, Dartmouth, UCB, UCLA, USC, UPenn (Wharton)

I don’t plan to apply anywhere ED due to my pending standardized test grades, namely the SATIIs. What are my chances and what recommendations do you have for my app?

Well, you look good to me just about everyplace except maybe the Ivies. Even there, if you get your SATs up to 2280+ and get those 750+s on at least two SAT IIs (for Penn & Dartmouth), you've got at least a 35% shot at Wharton, and a 45% to 55% shot at Dartmouth.

Good luck.

UCB/UCLA: Match

music... generic "AZN" EC...You need to go out and play sports

btw, what violin piece are you playing?
