Has anyone noticed some changes in the “Additional application information” section in your portal? My requested major was changed from “Computer Science, App & Comp Math Sci (Discrete Math & AI)” to “Computer Science, COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCES.”
@danielz233 - Yes, I noticed it. The change happened on my portal sometime yesterday. I think it is just an update conforming to the policy stated here - https://admit.washington.edu/apply/admission-to-majors/ - “Your second academic area of interest is collected for information and academic advising purposes only and is not used for consideration into any direct entry program”
