changes in admission

Earlier I posted a thread about the possibility of being rescinded. I put that the AP Exam I was taking at the end of my senior year as AP Physics B on my application. The exam I am really taking is Physics C: Mechanics. This was the reply I got from newbruins@saonet.ucla.edu when I e-mailed them.

In regards to your AP exams, please fill out a Provisional Problem Form if you have not done so at the following link. An evaluator will review your changes and let you know whether the changes will affect your admissions. In the comment section you can explain the reasons for your changes. Please allow 15 working days for an evaluator to get in contact with you.
Thank you.

The people who replied in the earlier thread said it shouldn't be a big deal, but I still can't help but be worried. What would happen if I didn't report this at all? What should I put for reason for my changes?

i think that its more of a general answer that they gave you. I'm sure it wont be a problem.

Ok I was checking the link out they gave me, and these were the only options given.

Use this form if:
a) You dropped any courses which were listed on your application.
b) You changed any courses which were listed on your application.
c) You received poor grades (D's, F's, 3 or more C's) in any of your courses.
d) You fail to meet the provisions of your admission contract.

Does that mean this is something they aren't even concerned about? I'm not given the option to tell what I'm supposed to tell.

it shouldn't be a big problem I mean taking physics c is better than b right? plus a lot of schools don't even offer ap physics let alone b or c...
