Changes in Profile

Hey I was reviewing my profile and I noticed I had put my parents 2007 incomes and information instead of the estimated 2008 figures. On the fasfa is all the correct information and estimates. Should I bother to tell my school (UChicago) that some of the information on the Profile is not completely correct? Thanks

Anyone know what I should do? All of the information was numbers based on the 2007 numbers. For example our 2008 AGI is 7k less than what we put on the profile. But on the fasfa and our 2008 tax returns they will show the actual AGI. Will the school recognize this and adjust?

I would take the copy of the CSS Profile sheets you submitted & enter corrected numbers by hand, then send a letter & copy to your financial aid office.

Of course you will have to do it again, once your income taxes are completed anyway.
But it is probably worth doing that in my opinion as they will compare the Profile numbers to the FAFSA numbers & see they don't match.

Hope this helps you out!

I sent an email to the office of college aid explaining to them. Thank you for the info!
