<p>Edited to add - I hope that the system used knows enough to treat them as such. I remember the registration problems some had the first day. Hope housing has no such issues.</p>
<p>In the past, gave priority to students with more credits and used the would consider a freshman who is a junior by credit hours to be a rising senior. The email suggests that they will be doing things differently this year, but it is worth checking in January or December.</p>
