Changing a Submitted Common App

<p>Last night I finished and submitted all of my common app applications.</p>

<p>Unfortunately when I arrived at swim practice today, my coach pulled me into his office and informed me that he is promoting me to captain of the varsity swim team. Great timing.</p>

<p>I would really like to receive the admissions boost that comes with being a team captain so I am wondering if it would be possible to inform the schools that I have applied to of this change. If so, how would I go about doing so?</p>

<p>I think there’s a spot on the midyear report for your counselor to report any changes that have taken place since your submission. You should let him/her know of the new position so colleges can be notified
