My original goal when I entered my CC was to transfer as a chemical engineering major. I found out early on that I couldn’t fit my final semester of organic chemistry and organismal biology into two years, but I could easily do it in three. I changed my major to fulfill all the requirements for mechanical engineering because it seems like it would be a waste to stay another year just for two more classes. Is there any way I could transfer into a UC under mechanical engineering and change it to chemical engineering? I plan on applying to UCB, UCSD, UCLA, UCD, and UCR with a 3.77 GPA.
