Changing college and major

<p>I am an International student who applied to City Tech of CUNY and got accepted for Computer Engineering Technology and got accepted but now I want to change college and my major to Computer Engineering.I have got my visa but its stamped for CUNY;I am thinking about going to UB for Computer Engineering so I tried to contact but them they are telling me to apply as transfer but I haven't even attended City Tech.They also told me that I have a month to apply;I am confused what to do?</p>
