<p>Internal transfers are allowed only if you did not already transfer into one of the colleges in NYU. So if you are an incoming freshman or have not changed your school since you came to NYU as a freshman, you are allowed for internal transfer. The only people who can’t apply for internal transfers are those who have externally transferred into NYU.</p>
