<p>I applied to UCSD and UCSB as a film major, but now I really want to switch it into linguistics. Is it possible to change it was I get into either college?</p>

<p>I want to change majors within the department though, from Econ and Accounting to just Econ.</p>
<p>I’m <em>guessing</em> it’s possible as long as you speak with the department head of that major and get approval.</p>
