Changing major after transferring

Hi, so I’m currently a biology major right now and I’m looking to apply to transfer fall 2019. I’ve taken the two bio classes but I’m missing a general chem and two O chem classes so should I apply to to the UC’s as a different major and then change it after I transfer? I was planning on applying to college as an anthropology major, since I’ve taken a lot of anthro/sociology/psych classes as fill in classes and I’ve gotten A’s on all of them. My GPA is currently 3.2. My career goal is to be an optometrist so do you think optometry school would still accept me as a anthro major?

the list of schools i wanted to apply to are:
UCLA, UCI, SDSU, SFSU, CSULB, CSUF, UCD, SDSU

Looks like a set of courses is required, but no particular major is specified:

https://career.berkeley.edu/Health/OptomPrepCourses

check with the Biology dept at each college you are considering to see if you can change after admission. Some don’t allow this

If you stay as an Anthro major then check with the health-career advisor whether you need to take additional classes. For med school they don't like to see all the prerequisites for admission taken at a community college, it is recommended that applicants take more bio and chem classes at their 4-year college.

I checked, and I took most of the anthro classes as fill in classes so I only have one more class left to become an anthrpology major. Would they accept me in med school if i apply as another major but I have all the grades and courses required? (sorry if these are stupid questions I’m the only one who’s gone to college in my family and i’m lost)

Optometry school pages like https://optometriceducation.org/student-profile-prerequisites/ do not seem to have any obvious indication of any preference for any undergraduate major.

For medical school, applicants and matriculants come from all kinds of undergraduate majors, although a little more than half come from biological science majors, according to https://www.aamc.org/download/321496/data/factstablea17.pdf .
