Changing major before school starts?

<p>I got accepted to UCI as a biology major, but now i'm doubting my choice.
Is there a way to change my major before I even register for classes.....
like say.. to economics?</p>

<p>You can definitely change your major during SPOP to something like economics as long as it isn’t Engineering or Bus. Admin</p>

<p>Should be pretty easy to, just use the major change option and it should happen pretty quick, too…I did it, but I did it to something like math so not too sure if it’ll work that easily with other majors.</p>

<p>It’s on that same site that allows you to message your counselor and stuff…My UCI or something of the sort? I really don’t remember but it had a lot of important stuff there, too…Maybe the same site that told you that you got accepted, the site that you checked for UCI acceptance…</p>
