Changing Majors when not "undecided"

Hi,
I applied to CL&S under Biochem & Molecular Bio major, but I'm not that sure that may be the right fit for me. Does not applying "undecided" mean that I am bound to Biochem & Molecular Bio or can I change prospective majors if i get accepted?

No. Applying to L&S is essentially applying undeclared. They expect that you will change your major, so you are not required to "officially" declare one in L&S until the end of your sophomore year. You should be fine.

you generally declare some time between beginning of spring sophmore year and end of fall junior year.

All bio majors have basically the same prereqs, so just do the first prereqs (Chem 1A and 3A-B, Bio 1A-B, and math)

Is it difficult to change between schools within Berkeley? I applied to Natural Resources but I'm thinking I might want to go to L&S. Is this possible?

Very much so. It's can be a bit hard to get into COE, but changing colleges generally is easy (just petitioning, etc.).
