I got accepted into Buffalo for a different major. I now want to change my major to Architecture. I sent some emails to the admissions office, but i think my application is no longer in the admissions office section. How do i go about changing my major to architecture? Will i have to wait a semester until i can change? or will i have to wait a year.

Look [Undergraduate Applicants - UB School of Architecture and Planning](http://www.ap.buffalo.edu/architecture/admissions/undergraduate.asp) and then contact someone from their advisement department about how to transfer in to their program.

Thank you.

Currently i’m in the pharmacy major and i’m just worried that majoring in pharmacy at buffalo won’t really get me any where.

I know that buffalo is decent with it’s architecture major. But i have no idea about it’s Pharmacy program.

Can anyone tell me how well is the pharmacy program?

Currently i study architecture in highschool, but i also have some experience helping out at a local pharmacy. So i can easily study both.

What is your end goal? The coursework is very different, except for the gen ed classes. UB has a very good PharmD program but you wouldn’t be officially accepted for pharmacy until your 3rd year, at the earliest, and admission is extremely competitive. Right now you’re accepted into pre-pharmacy which is an advising track, not a major. For most majors at UB students apply to the department midway through sophomore year, once all of the prerequisites are met or at least in progress.

Yeah. I think i’ll stay in pre pharmacy. I don’t think architecture will be a safe job to pursue in the future. Everyone is becoming some sort of an engineer and there’s all these articles saying architecture currently isn’t that great. Unless the housing market booms in the next 10 years, i don’t think i’d be able to get a job.

Right now i’m having a problem where the orientation site wont let me relog into my account. I was able to log into my friends account, but not my own. I get “This webpage has a redirect loop” I’ve tried reseting cookies, a different browser, different internet. Nothing works. I’ve emailed the orientation site admin already, but if anyone here knows a solution.
