It will depend on grades. Obviously CS is a very competitive major to get into. Since Chemistry is already in CNS, like CS, your first year will be full of the same classes as a CS major (minus 1 CS class a semester). I think, and you need to check, but they may require you to complete 24 credits (so basically the first year) before you can apply.
