I was admitted for fall 2008 as a political science major in the college of letters, arts, and sciences. However, my interests shifted, and I now want to pursue something in the Marshall School of Business, or possibly the Levanthal school of accounting. It's not that I planned to get in and then transfer; my interests just shifted. How hard would it be to transfer, and when is the best time to do it?

my major is in international relations in LAS, and i want to know how difficult it would be to change to broadcast journalism through annenberg!?

Bump I'd like to know as well.

I am under the major "biological engineering" and i really want to change.

I applied to Annenberg but I want to change as well.

Depending on the school, there is an application that must be filled out and submitted after you have fulfilled certain prerequisites (even if you are just transferring within USC.) Visit the website of the school you are interested in for more details. Here's the info for Marshall-
USC Marshall » Undergraduate Programs » Admissions » Transfer Students

Yeah, I would ask your current advisors immediately about what to do or as soon as possible. If you plan on changing, don't take classes for the major you are not interested in, just take GE classes and general classes so it'll still matter in the end.
