Changing majors

<p>I applied as a transfer with first choice as biomedical science and second as Geology. I decided however that I no longer wanted to become a pharmacist but would rather become a geologist. At my school I am currently a pre-pharm major but will take 2 geology classes I was supposed to take freshman year in the summer at a local CC.</p>

<p>Will I be able to switch majors from biomed to geology?</p>

<p>The geology department as A&M is small and loaded. My daughter was a geology major for a year or two and they kept throwing scholarships at her with a 3.0. I think you would have an excellent chance to transfer to A&M as a geology major and if you have decent grades will probably find yourself with some extra money.</p>
