Changing majors!!!

I currently am college student who is majoring in music. For grad school I was thinking of going to med school or going for psychology. Would it be harder for me to get in to grad school because my major doesn't emphasis in that field?

You are asking two different questions, as medical school and graduate school are two distinctly separate things.

It won’t be harder for you to get into med school, provided you complete the core science course requirements for applying. (Some extra/advanced bio/psych courses beyond the basic core requirements wouldn’t hurt either.) Med schools routinely admit people with all sorts of undergrad majors; they definitely do not restrict admissions to, or even particularly favor, bio majors.

For grad psych programs, you’ll probably want to take and do well in a good number of advanced bio/psych courses in order to demonstrate your technical proficiency in the subject area. You don’t have to double-major in psych or change your major to psych, but taking a good number of psych courses would be helpful for establishing a good technical background, for confirming your desire to do graduate work in psychology, and for demonstrating your aptitude in the field.
