Changing Meal Plans

Is there anyway to change my meal plan right now? I'm currently signed up for the Plus 15 plan, but after tasting the food at orientation, I'm trying to change to the Plus 13 plan. How would I go about doing that?

Call em?
(since Meal Plan sign-ups are long over due)

LOL. The food was actually okay.. much better than I thought it'd be actually.

Is the food basically the same during the academic year as it was during summer orientation? If so, I thought the food was really bland. I am glad I signed up the meal plan with the most plus dollars.

Good plan, the dining hall food is exactly as you put it during the school year. Plus dollars will be useful when eating from the restaurants that have decent food.

Well that's disappointing to hear. I thought perhaps they provided a lower quality of food for the summer camps and orientation students but I guess I am wrong.

They said the food at orientation is a lot worse than the regular food. I don't think the regular food is supposed to be very good, but just keep in mind it's supposed to be much better than at orientation. To change meal plans just e mail the people, I had to do it earlier. I don't know if you can change this far in though. Next semester you can sign up for plus-10 so maybe just bear with it this semester? I don't know.

You have until Aug 30 to downgrade it says.

BTW instructions for doing so are at the bottom of that page.

i thought it was okay..I signed up for plus 13 after hearing how much those plus dollars would come in handy but now i question my choice. I mean are the places where I can use my plus dollars close. Plus 13 only gives me 2 meals a day since I'll prob stay 7 days a week so i was considering switching to plus 15?? Any thoughts

yeawhoayea, think about it this way: the deadline is after school starts. Like a week after. So try it for a week and try to figure out if you really need those 2 extra meals a week. Personally, I signed up for the 13 meals and I don't think it'll be a problem because I don't eat more than two times a day and if I'm really hungry and really desperate for food, I'll go to a gas station and get myself a hotdog or something. You have time, I say just don't freak out about it and go with the flow. The deadline is in a while, you have plenty of time to figure out things as they happen.

Yeah I don't think I ever used all 15 meals in one week once at all during the year. You tend to get food through other means whether its eating out, ordering, Crossroads/The Castle, food through various activities you do, etc. I would have gone with 13.

If you eat 3 meals a day though, you'll probably need 15 or unlimited. Breakfast is almost the same every day, but it's better than lunch or dinner in my opinion.
