<p>When I applied to Georgetown, I was really interested in studying Arabic, but more recently I have decided that I would rather focus on Chinese (im spending a few months there this summer). I have already been admitted as an Arabic major, but would it be relatively easy to switch over to chinese?</p>

<p>It’s really easy to change majors in the same school, but if you don’t tell them before registration, you will most likely be automatically placed in an Arabic class. I would email the freshman dean’s office, and just tell them that you want to switch. You shouldn’t have a problem.</p>
