Changing Reported Senior Classes

I put down my AP Political Science and AP Macroeconomics courses down as “year round” courses because I put the first term down as “in progress” for both of them and the second term down for “planned.” This implies I took both courses at the same time, which I did not. It’s already submitted and I’m unsure of what to do. Do you have any suggestions? This was on the University of California application. I wonder if this would lead to automatic rejection and I also wonder if I can contact the office and have it changed?
