<p>I was recently admitted as a Freshman to Syracuse to the Arts and Sciences College as a Political Science major (my second choice). My first choice was Public Relations at Newhouse, but I realize that's a pretty tough college to get into. I was wondering if there was any chance I could change my major/school before school starts to Sports Management in the school of Human Ecology because I know you can at other Universities? <p>this is definitely possible. i went there last weekend on a visit (unfortunately i haven’t received a decision yet :[ ) and they said that it is extremely common for people to change. most people get into their second choice and transfer to their first choice (or switch their majors) after their first semester or first year, as long as they have enough credits and their grade is high enough.</p>
