Changing teacher recommendation on Common App?

<p>So I submitted the application part of the Common App for Stanford already, which includes the school forms. However, at that point only one of my teachers filled out the recommendation. (Why you can submit without having the recommendation is beyond me). I'm worried that the teacher won't fill it out in time for some reason. </p>

<p>Anyway, the Common App site says there is no way for me to change the teacher recommendations once I have submitted the application. Is there any way for me to change this through Stanford? Can I mail them the recommendation letter or something? </p>

<p>I'm really worried about what will happen if I don't have the two letters in by the deadline, so any help is good. Thanks.</p>

<p>You should send an email to your regional officer and ask. Something similar happened to me and s/he told me to just send another letter in directly to Stanford to replace the original. But the situation was different.</p>
