<p>Call (609) 771-7600 between 8 a.m. and 8:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, EST. Try to avoid the busiest day (Monday), the busiest hours (3 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET), and registration deadline dates.

When you call, be ready to tell the customer service representative your registration number and test date, your social security number, and the credit card number and expiration date. </p>
<p>Once the change is made, another Admission Ticket will be sent to you. If you miss the deadline for making a change, you can still try to make the change on the day of the test. Go early to the test center of your choice and explain the situation to the test supervisor. If space and materials are available, you will be admitted before standbys.</p>
