<p>Under what circumstances can I be allowed to change a course to P/NP after the week 4 deadline? Do I need a legit excuse like family illness or will the instructor grant me permission if I ask nicely =P</p>
<p>it’s not really up to the instructor, this is a school-wide policy and since changing to P/NP is as easy as a 45-second ordeal on tritonlink, not even a family illness is going to convince them that you lost internet access for the entire time. (if they pulled your accounts to check for ACS/email activity on the drop date, they’d find evidence that you were online, right?)</p>
