<p>I got accepted to UT today for my second major choice, college of education. My first choice was natural science. Is there anyway i can try to get my major changed before fall classes start?</p>
<p>I just called them. A similar thing happened to me. They said the only way to change is to enroll in your second choice major, meet the GPA and pre-reqs during your freshmen year, then transfer in your sophomore year.</p>
<p>I think that it's often hard to transfer into a different college before starting at UT, but I would call Natural Sciences and ask what you need to do to transfer into NS either before you get there or your second semester there. As I recall from when I was a student at UT a few years ago, I think it's pretty easy to transfer into NS after you've completed a semester or two, although some individual programs may have their own requirements.</p>
