<p>ACCEPTED! The mail lady actually came very early today - about 9:45. We continued our donut party & a bunch of neighbors came by. It’s still going on actually! D is very excited - she got the Presidential scholarship. What a great way to start the holidays!</p>
<p>Gardeninggirl - we’re in the San Diego area - enjoying a nice 75 degree day. This would have had to be an indoor party in most areas!</p>

<p>A: On Thursday we mailed out all admitted student packets. Emails were sent to deferred and denied students. But letters will be going out next week to anyone who didn’t view the emails we sent out. So some denied and deferred applicants will be receiving letters in the mail as well.</p>
<p>Maybe some of us overanxious parents can breathe easier after we’ve asked our kids a dozen times if they’re sure they’ve got the right email on file with Chapman AND check that they haven’t received any email since Wednesday … :)</p>

<p>!!! This waiting is still making me paranoid!!! College applications are so stressful for we parents. I checked with my kid and he didn’t get any emails from Chapman. Still I will worry until we get a letter. </p>

<p>Hi Neuroticmom2, so it seems that film applicants should not receive an acceptance or a rejection until mid-to-late January. However, a select few film production applicants received their acceptances yesterday with the rest of the Early Action candidates. No one from film production has been denied yet (I think).</p>
