Chapman Class of 2018 RD

I was put on the wait list but I also accepted a spring admittance position just in case. Chapman here I come!

About 1 1/2 away from Chapman and no luck with a packet today. Didn’t receive an email, for hoping for a surprise on Monday!

@Allix17 did you find this info from the envelope or online?

@TSchaser I was emailed about it today.

Interesting question I thought I would throw out: What is the accessibility of Web Advisor for Accepted or rejected?
Basically: Even though I didn’t receive an admissions packet yet, I can now enter the Student section of Web Advisor, which previously didn’t work. Is this available to everyone now, or just accepted students. For those rejected, can you across the student section in Web Advisor?

Congrats to everyone who got their packets already. No Rejection or Wait list emails, so I’m pretty happy about my chances at this point. I’m 1 1/2 drive from Chapman, so I wasn’t too surprised that I didn’t get anything today. Hoping for something nice Monday!

I was admitted! 3.57W GPA 2230 SAT, 30 Act. Biology Major!

Daughter received admissions packet today, Sat 3/15. We are in South Orange County.

My daughter received her packet in the mail today! We are about 30 miles from Chapman. She got a great scholarship renewable for 4 years  ACT 30, not sure which GPA they used but her highest I believe is 4.45 weighted, 3.85 or something like that unweighted.

BTW my daughter is having problems logging in to the portal, web advisor, or whatever it’s called. Anyone else having issues with that? Since she got the big envelope in the mail I told her not to worry.

Bay Area students probably wont receive packets in mail until Monday or even Tuesday due to processing and when they sent them out on Friday

Seems like all who received packets yesterday were with in or pretty close to the OC area.

My D applied Early Action & we are in San Diego. The OC folks all got theirs the day after they were sent, ours took 2 days. So if you’re California but not OC, today or tomorrow will be your day. Good luck!!

Accepted for Accounting! Got the big packet in the mail today and i live in the bay area
GPA: 3.79 W, 32 ACT, 750 SAT II US History, 5 AP US History, and was awarded $15k a year for the dean’s scholar

Accepted into Television/Broadcast Journalism with a scholarship! I’m in the SoCal area. My year has been made!

Accepted into the Creative Producing program with a Chancellor’s Scholarship. 7 total AP classes taken, 30 ACT, and 3.83 GPA weighted. I originally applied Early Action but I was deferred to Regular Decision…I think my case proves that deferral isn’t always as terrible as you think it is :)

Daughter was accepted into Psychology program today in Arizona with Dean’s Award. A lot of happiness in the house this evening!

My D was accepted biochem/molecular bio major and Chancellors Scholarship which means its a possibility. 3.8 UW GPA, 4.3 W. So proud of her. So far she has received acceptance to 6 Schools, 1Waitlisted, and 6 more to hear from, geez maybe she over did it but it sure is nice to have choices!!! Congrats all you future undergrads
