Transferring to Dodge is extremely difficult since the film program is competitive. But hey, go for it! You already made it to Chapman. @ckckckck1
Following up on @ckckck1. Is there a process for changing majors outside of Dodge? Colleges are so different in this. Some will let you change “at will”, some will let you change except for “capped majors”, but it is not clear to me for chapman. Outside of Dodge, is it “at will”? To get into Dodge, is it like the normal application process? Any info would be helpful. I did read that the minors in Dodge are available to non-dodge students.
transferring out shouldnt be a problem unless u are trying to get into another major that requires a portfolio
My D committed last night to attend Chapman this fall. She is so excited and happy with her choice!
Yes the talent scholarships have been awarded
@bobmor it’s easier to transfer OUT of Dodge, but there are some other programs that either are competitive (business, pharmacy come to mind) or require creative supplements (college of Performing Arts) that are more difficult than others so it depends on what you want to transfer into.
Hi. Saw your Dec. '18 post about Chapman’s Global Communications/World Languages major. Did you decide to go to Chapman? If so, can you tell me how many students select this new combined major? Have you started already?
