Chapman Fall 2014 Transfer Admission?

<p>Hey guys! </p>

<p>I am currently waiting for my admission decision. I'm super nervous and i'm curious if anyone got accepted yet? And if you were admitted, would you be kind enough to share your stats? </p>

<p>Doesn’t Chapman wait until after May 1, when all the new admits have to make their decisions? Then they know how many spots they have open for transfers…? Hang in there, OP. Won’t be long now.</p>

<p>@coco124‌ @LongRangePlan‌ It looks like some decisions have been released. If you go to the Chapman facebook app some people have begun posting in the transfer section about their acceptances. I applied to Dodge and according to their April admission update e-mail I won’t hear 'til mid-May.</p>

<p>On the Chapman U Office of Admission’s Tumblr website the following questions were asked and answered:</p>

<p>Q: When should transfer decisions be coming out? My web advisor still says decision pending and it’s really stressful! I really need a yes!
A: Depending on when you applied they come out on a rolling basis. But typically should take about 4-6 weeks from when you applied.</p>

<p>Q: I was admitted on March 21. There is no info of financial aid on my Web Advisor. I haven’t received the financial aid package yet… Would you please give me the update of financial aid? Thank you.
A: If you’re a freshman then you should get something very soon, probably this week. If you’re a transfer it may be another few weeks.</p>

<p>On the Chapman U Office of Admissions website they state that the Fall 2014 deadline for regular transfer students is March 15, 2014. So if they are getting out decisions as early as 4 weeks per the answer above it makes sense that some transfer students have already been accepted.</p>

<p>I think what LongRangePlan was referring to were the students whom are on the wait list. They need to wait until after May 1st, the final acceptance date for early & regular student admittees, to know how many spots are available and then decide from the wait list who they will offer acceptances to.</p>
