I am sorry to hear that. I hope that you were able to get into another great college! Where exactly does it state your decision? I submitted my application a while ago, and I still have not heard. Is the notification in an e-mail format or is it stated clearly on the application status portal?

Just got an update in my portal but they needed me to submit a transcript for one class I took at a community college. I applied to creative producing so do any of you think this would affect my admission? I’m getting nervous now ?

@ilovechicken1236 no, if you choose to do student housing then you might end up in the dorms or apartments (you have no choice over it and it’s randomly assigned from whatever is an option for transfers) but you can always just live either at home or an off campus apartment. Nothing is mandatory for transfers.
Has anybody applying for Dodge not heard anything yet? Sounds like there have already been acceptances AND rejections
@acceptmeplz376 Are you sure about this? I’m pretty sure that all 1st year Chapman students are required to live on campus, regardless of being a Freshman or a Transfer.
@catransfer22 yes. When they say 1st year that means freshmen. All freshmen are required unless they appeal (meaning they live within a 25 or so mile radius). They didn’t even have guaranteed transfer housing until this year. That’s why on your app it also asks “will you be choosing to live on campus or off”. It’s not mandatory for transfers, they went over that on discover Chapman day too & it’s on their tumblr.

Accepted into Dodge under Screenwriting. When do we know information regarding how much financial aid we will receive?
@iceberg2464 congrats!! You should get your financial aid package within 2-3 weeks of admission. Any merit aid (scholarships) would have appeared on your portal the same time as your admission letter! Hopefully that helps.

Does anyone know how Chapman approaches IGETC units from community college? Will all GE transfer over?
