Chapman University Honors 2022

@transfer201831 My S did receive a confirmation email–See below. Standard letter. Judging by your name, maybe it’s different for transfer students? I’m sure all is good, but if you’re worried, maybe call and ask?

Dear ,

Thank you for applying to the University Honors Program at Chapman University. The Honors Program offers a supportive community of fellow students and professors who will encourage continued intellectual development and nurture a lifelong love of learning.

Your application will be reviewed by our team in the near future.

Applicants applying beyond that time frame will be notified on a rolling basis.
We congratulate you on your offer of admission to Chapman University and look forward to reviewing your Honors Program application.

Sincerely,

University Honors Program

@monstermama Thank you! I will reach out and ask, just to be sure.

My S received a letter in the mail today with an acceptance into the University Honors Program. Good luck to all who applied!

@monstermama and @quentinRJJA, Once again congrats on getting into Chapman Honors. I am still waiting to hear back for mine. If you don’t mind sharing, can you post your stats?

Just got my letter of acceptance into the program yesterday.

For a frame of reference regarding stats, I got a 34 on my ACT and have roughly a 4.0.

@grad2021 I’m not sure how much is dependent on stats, but my S is a NMSF and had a 35 on the ACT.

@grad2021 So first off, I was at Preview day and they said the essay matters a lot more than stats do (I wrote about a quote from a Dungeons and Dragons podcast) but I have a 32 ACT and a 4.2 weighted

Does the letter come by email or in the mail only?

@transfer201831 My son only received a letter via the US Postal mail–no email.

@monstermama thank you :slight_smile:

Thanks @monstermama and @quentinRJJA :slight_smile:
