Would like to know people’s opinion on choosing between the two universities for Data Science major. Chapman has given 28K scholarship per year, so I want to compare the programs without considering the financial aspect.

I don’t know the specific programs but, their general academic reps are comparable. At an equal cost, I’d prefer the student experience at the much smaller private Chapman.
Visit both, talk to some students and see which one is a better fit for you!
