Chapman vs. UCSC

Hi everyone :)
I am just wondering which school has a better reputation or is regarded with more respect, CU or UCSC?

I am probably going to attend one of the two in the fall for Business.

Which is better for business?
Which has better job placement after graduation?
Which is more respected/has a higher rank?

Pros/Cons of each school? If anyone could reply, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks! :)

I don’t know anything about CU, but I know a lot about the ‘business’ program at Santa Cruz.

The program is not business, but instead “Business Management Economics,” which basically means you take most of your classes in economic theory and a few classes in other areas. While I believe the program is pretty good, it is not prestigious among employers and recruiters. We only really get recruiters for accounting, and even then, accounting recruiters sometimes pass up on Santa Cruz because we are pretty low on the list.

In a nut shell, the education is good, but unfortunately, we only have five or six companies that come to the job fairs to recruit econ majors.

As far as overall respect goes, I would say UCSC is more respectable.
