I was accidentally charged the $75 dollar fee twice. Does anyone know the best way to contact UPenn about this matter?

^^^
You don’t want an Ivy League school to think you’re cheap…do you?

^^don’t be mean.

call admissions tomorrow. it’ll be the most interesting call they get all day.

Thanks. And I worded my question horribly. I meant to say I was charged twice for the payment not that I paid twice

If you blow it off, they might think that you can pay your way through and might even be rich enough to donate huge amounts of money to the school. That’s good because especially in this recession some colleges are becoming more need-aware and more hesitant to accept people who need lots of financial aid.

^^smartass

don’t ask for the money back until after admission decisions. That way if there is a benefit, you get it and regardless of it, you can get your money back.

How come on my Penn Portal it says i’m missing my payment, yet on the commonapp website it says it was downloaded.

Ask admissions to look your payment over. Nobody deserves to be charged twice, and I’m sure it was just a mistake.

@ arzachel: the processing and updating takes time. For ed it took nearly a month!

that happened to me with two of my schools. idk why either
