Chaser

Has anyone tried Chaser or RU 21? I am a bit skeptical if it can really prevent hangovers, and was wondering if anyone has tried it.

Tried RU21, might have helped a bit - but if it did, I didn't notice.
Staying with clear alcohol and drinking water in between certainly works better for me.

Drink lots of water before after and during drinking, and possibly mixing a sports drink or two in so that your electrolytes don't get messed up is the best way to drink and not get a hangover.

Don't drink too much water though. Water intoxication is absolutely not fun at all. Ugh.

The water/Gatorade thing helps a bit, but I really just wanted to see if anyone who has used either thinks it works, because I haven't found any other good way to prevent a hangover (I only get them when I drink beer though).

Before you go to bed, you need to eat something, drink at a bottle of water, and take a multivitamin. Works for me.

Ya, drink a bottle of water and then refill it and put it next to your bed. I always wake up a few times in the early morning with the driest mouth ever, so it's nice to have some water right there next to you.

Really all I was asking is if anyone has used chaser or RU21, and what they thought about it.
Everyone's different w/hangovers, once again I've tried about everything else but still get terrible hangovers when I drink beer. I've heard the water/gatorade thing 100 times(still doesn't do much for me), and just want to know if anyone has tried the above products.

If beer is the problem, drink hard ****.

drink water/gatorade and dont forget to eat something as well.

my friend drinks some type of juice, i forget what its called but he claims it takes care of the hangover nearly 100% of the time
