<p>Penn students and parents, do any of you know an alternative to PSIP that I can buy into, that meets all the waiver requirements? My insurance doesn't cover me in Philly, and Penn's plan costs $3000. It's irritating that they're essentially forcing me to pay for a prohibitively costly plan unless I can find one on my own before the approaching deadline... any input?</p>
