Where is the cheapest/nicest quality northwestern clothing, such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc. for sale?

I bought all my gear at the C-Store in Norris hall. My hoodie was like $32..it ranges depending on the style

what about online? since i won't be in chicago until september..

You can shop online at northwestern.bkstore.com
It's the store I went to, only online.

If you can handle the wait until you get there.. there's cheap places right there in Evanston (the bookstore is the most expensive). I think one is on Clark, and one is right next to there.

Campus Gear is still very expensive.

Where on Clark? Anyway, I went back to NU last summer and didn't see anything clothes I like at the bookstore. They all look the same as those ten years ago--so 80s/early 90s, neither baggy nor tight and just short-sleeved. You see any that is a bit more sleek in style? Like side-cropped tank tops or tighter-fitting short/long sleeves?

Uh.. the store I saw had wifebeaters and more tight fitting ones (for women at least).. it was on Clark, next to Clarke's (the diner place)

Go to steve and barry's at old orchard mall which is 15 minutes from campus. There is much less selection but there's some decent NU shirts-sweatshirts (though mostly large-xlarge) for $8. Everything in the store is $8. No accessories or anything though.

steve and barry's tends to be of pretty low quality sometimes, though. And also, their selection tends to be a bit lacking; when I went last they only had one NU hoodie available and no ivy league apparel. However, you can't argue with the fact that you can get 5 hoodies at steve and barry's for the price of one @ Norris :)

I buy all kinds of **** at steve and barry's, and none of it ever really comes apart.

Selection can be lacking sometime, but it doesn't make sense for them to give shelf space to Ivy League schools like Dartmouth, Brown, Cornell, etc. Honestly, these are places that the average SB shopper doesn't even know about. But they will always carry shirts from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, etc.

I wasn't knocking S&B's; you can't beat the price tag (btw it's down to $6.98 for everything in the store now). I'm just saying that sometimes things there aren't the greatest, but once again, for $7 or less, who can complain?
