Cheating Accusation

Today, while taking a chemistry test, my teacher accused me of cheating.

Allow me to elaborate:

I got up to get a tissue (the tissue box was on the teacher's desk), but after taking a couple of steps, the teacher ordered me to sit down. It wasn't something nice like "please sit down"; it was "you sit down right now."

So I, confused, sat down and continued my quiz. 30 seconds later, the teacher comes over and pretty much slams a tissue box down on my desk and then tells me that he saw me look at someone's quiz while walking up to his desk. He then tells me "you can't do that" in a really harsh tone and goes back to his desk.

I then completed the quiz and turned it in.

I guess I should have talked to him about it after class, but the thought didn't occur to me at the time.

What do you think will happen? I generally get As on all my assignments and exams (except for one time when I got a C+ on a test), and I always answer his questions correctly when he calls on me. I don't even remember looking anywhere other than the tissue box. Maybe he thought that I was looking at someone's quiz, since the tissue box was across from the person's desk?

Talk to him about it tomorrow, I wouldn’t want any of my teachers thinking I was cheating, because then they wouldn’t trust me, believe me about things, and I wouldn’t want them thinking I was a cheater. Explain that you really didn’t do anything other than getting up for a tissue.
