That’s like saying “you shot a child, that’s okay” to say that “everyone makes mistakes” - the way you are trivializing what he did…it’s wrong. Period. Plus, to discuss the test AFTER it is completed is to study, not to cheat. Get it straight.</p>

<p>I feel bad for you that you got caught. Many people cheated in my test center here in my country but I fall under the ones who did not cheat so I have low scores compared to them. The people here did not get caught so I have no idea what to do in your situation. I was thinking about cheating too but after reading this story I’d rather not.</p>

<p>Jenna, 2 wrongs don’t make a right. They tell you not to discuss because they sometimes recycle the questions and fear that early discussions by test takers on the East Coast may benefit those on the West Coast (who will just be beginning the test when the East Coast kids finish).</p>
<p>Its just collegeboard, all they can really do is cancel your scores and deny you access to the test. Just ignore them, then take the ACT. </p>
<p>Im not trying to endorse your actions but what to do now seems obvious.</p>

It wasn’t because the proctor was American it was because he was human with enough brains to know what’s right and what’s wrong… unlike others.

<p>1) Students in Egypt who studied very hard for this test and whose score is lower due to inflated scores.</p>
<p>2) How you hurt the people of your country by cheating.
Yes, you are a reflection of your countrymen, and people will paint a broad stroke and think “Egyptians are cheaters”.</p>
<p>But, now you are faced with a dilemma on how to proceed.</p>
<p>Kids, teenagers, and adults make mistakes in life.
The question is do you learn from the mistake or do you continue it?</p>
<p>Here you would continue the mistake if you continuing to lie.</p>
<p>Turn yourself in and the others who supplied information.</p>
<p>That’s the best you can do.</p>
