There is a difference between accusing and convicting. I doubt CB just wantonly cancel scores. If you can prove it, it is one story. If you cant it is another.

Btw how did he cheat? There is a degree. If he got the answer key the damn bust him.

glucose101, you think murderers want their punishment? Commit the crime and you'll do the time...but there's pretty much no way you could "bust" him for this...you would have to notice it in the room while it was happening and point it out to the proctor.

Since we're on the topic of cheating-- one of my friends told me that he stole the test from our school on Friday (since the doors at our school is open and no one is in there) is this really possible? or is he full of crap?

Haha...I'll admit it.
If I had a chance to see the test beforehand without doing any of the dirty work and had a minimal of getting caught, I would take a peak.

So many people cheat on the sAT II listening.. they listen to the passages over and its not fair I didnt know we could. I spent a good 8 minutes listening to the stupid directions when I could have skipped over them. So retarded.

If you can outsmart the testing room and get away with cheating.. then he almost deserves to get away with it. Plus, you can't prove that he cheated.. its not like there was a video camera or anything. You should have reported it RIGHT AFTER it occurred in order for it to even sound somewhat legit.

just BE SURE that he did indeed cheat.
nothing is worse than a false accusation, with the exception, maybe, of enduring the penalty for a crime not committed.
if it's a rumor, get it verified. address the student before you take any measures.
people are very eager to distrust one another in these circumstances; don't let suspicion get the better of you if there's room for doubt.
