Check if you got it..

??? tell me if the website is requesting a deposit it isn't for mine so I don't know if that means I didn't get in...Obviously this isn't official at all but I want to see if it is for anyone https://campus.omni.fsu.edu/psp/sprdcs/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/FSU_GUEST.FSU_GUEST_PAYMENTS.GBL

I didn’t get any request

@amaiello29 what about the email they sent some out as an error and I didn’t get one? Post on here if you got the email or didn’t!

It doesn’t for my sons either

@NYIslekid did you get the email that was accidentally send out…I am seeing how many people got them but I don’t think very many did

@fsunumber5 my son did not receive that email. I think they are updating their site for the anticipation of the decision release…so funky things are happing. Good luck to everyone! :)

I got nothing either

I think there was just a kid having some fun on the other chain.

@Newtownunit On the FSU Admissions twitter they posted that they didn’t accidentally send out that email…but official decisions won’t be until Wed. but I wonder if that means they did get in

Guess I didn’t get in

@amaiello29 haha I don’t think that is true lol

@amiello29 I am a Senior this year in Orlando… over the last few years I have seen kids from my school with 3.2 with average SAT get accepted and kids with at 3.9 with above average SAT get deferred or rejected… In speaking to FSU during our college visit they look at a large picture of your activities, community service and grades you must be well rounded… A lot of kids from my school were just asked to start in the summer instead of the fall… Don’t count yourself out yet…

Well if that’s the case I have a lot of ECs. Varsity baseball, boy scout, 100 service hours

The website you linked to wouldn’t have updated when you posted anyway (early PM). The FSU financial system updates either around 5-6pm or at midnight, not randomly in the early PM. The only time it updates any other time is when you make a payment at the FSU Card Center or the Financial Services cashiers in the stadium.

If you’re that concerned (and honestly, don’t be) about finding out today whether FSU slipped out admissions decisions, check the payments page around 6pm. That’s when it would update for the day. If there’s nothing there, move on and wait till tomorrow. Rinse and repeat until admissions decisions actually get released.

Note: I’m highly skeptical that anything is going to be released early this year (earlier than the 5-6pm time frame the evening before, anyway).

@Pasbal‌ What was sent on the emails that were leaked? I didn’t get one…

I didn’t get one (I’m not a freshman applicant), but apparently it was from the FSU health insurance compliance office congratulating the recipient on being accepted.

I’m guessing it was a reminder that if you wanted to attend FSU you’d need to send in documentation saying you’ve gotten your vaccines and also documentation proving that you have health insurance, if you’re planning on using it to avoid having to buy FSU’s insurance.

The email I received today says this:

Dear Xxxxx,

Congratulations once again on your admission to Florida State University! We wanted to make you aware that all new FSU students are required to complete a health history (including immunization records) as a prerequisite for class registration. You can find the health compliance forms and checklist on our website. Thank you for your attention to this matter. If you have questions, please reply to this message, leaving the subject line intact.

Best Wishes,

Health Compliance Office

I’ve been so excited waiting for Wednesday so this felt kind of disappointing. Oh well, Wednesday will still say whether I got in Honors, right?

@wearecollege you found out around a week after acceptance so next wednesday. What was your FSU gpa and ACT or SAT

ACT is 31. Don’t know FSU gpa exactly…
