<p>Are they sticklers on the last name thing? Mine starts with an M and the letter in the mail said check in at 1 for me, but then an email said a-m can at 9. I would prefer to go earlier, but would be annoyed if I had to sit there because they won't let me check in. Thoughts?</p>
