I'm taking the most honors and AP classes that I can, but compared to other schools it looks awful. We are a small school, with about 100 per class. The only way I can make it more challenging is if I can get into H. Chemistry. I guess taking eight classes makes up for it though?

You won’t be unfairly compared to applicants who had more options than you. If this is the most challenging schedule possible (or close) and you can do well in those classes, you’re fine.

I feel your pain. I go to a school a little bit smaller than yours and they offer even less. What makes it worse is that we have a religion requirement too so that is 4 less academics you can take. Just make the most of it. Try making up for it with good extra curriculars and SAT
scores. You don’t have to have 20 AP classes to get into a good university. There’s a lot more to it than academics. And I would say its more about how well you do with what you took, not the things that you weren’t able to do.
