<p>Has anyone been able to check their status online? I haven't been able to find out anything by using the myCU account like I'm supposed to.</p>
<p>My son had the same problem. He had a MyCU Boulder account but it was not synced with his mycuboulder account that was linked to his application. We notified them via email (check their email address on facebook) and thtey eventually linked the two, but it took a few weeks to do so. Now, when he logs onto his account, he finds his account. At the top of the welcome page, is a link named “apply”. If you click on that link, you get to another page and on the right hand side of that page, is a link that says “fall 2010 status check”. Click on that and you should find your status. He applied on Nov. 6th or so and his status still shows they are processing his file, which means they are still putting all the parts together. I called on Nov. 30th and his file was intact except for the application fee and we had sent that on Nov. 6th, so either they lost it or else it was still in the admissions office somewhere. Just to be on the safe side I sent another fee to them. I think that is why it is taking so long to review his application since they are still looking for the fee! Hope this helps.</p>
<p>I sent my application fee at the same time and about 5 days ago it finally came in and my application is complete. My MyCUBoulder account was having the same problems but a quick email and phone call did the trick. Everyone’s very nice in the admissions office I actually enjoy calling.</p>
<p>After reading this I decided to call admissions too. I found out that my son had done the application but didn’t click on submit so that’s why I could never find anything! Everything had been done though and they said they would look at his application as if everything had been done earlier. They said it was obvious that he meant to apply so they would backdate it. So nice . But when I had called earlier no one had told me the application wasn’t complete. This could have all been done earlier. They told me they had a new computer system that wouldn’t let them see what was or wasn’t there. ??</p>
<p>I think that the fee is the problem for my son, as well. We sent it a month ago, but the check has not been cashed. His status says his app is still being processed. I think I will contact them!</p>
<p>If it’s still being processed, I think that’s a good thing… Mine says “We have received your application and are processing your file. Continue to check your status.” and that means they have everything (I called and asked).</p>
