<p>In all seriousness (and honesty), your chances are pretty low. The fact that your rank of 32 in a “moderately competitive” high school does not bode well for you. Your stats are that impressive and neither are your ECs. (I don’t think ivy league schools care very much about activities such as lifeguarding).</p>

<p>Your chances could improve if you apply to less selective colleges like SEAS or Nursing (if that’s what you’re into). I can also see you getting in if you get yourself recruited for a sport.</p>

<p>you’ll get aid but they expect parents to contribute. By their logic: if a millionaire doesn’t want to pay for his son’s education, why should the school? So your parents’ contributions are expected.</p>

<p>What will drag you down: class rank and abysmal service hour count.</p>

<p>hmmm…I would apply ED because you don’t stand out too much. Yes, you’ll get aid unless your parents (or you) have crazy assets.</p>
