<p>Knowing that excise fees are charged after this week, I went to check my son’s bill. </p>
<p>Lo and behold, he has a Student Health Center bill FROM APRIL!!! It was just posted.</p>
<p>Since the new system does not let me go back prior to summer session, I can’t tell if this was paid in the spring.</p>
