Checking Final Grades for the Quarter

I just checked my final grades and was surprised by one of my grades which was lower than I expected it to be. Is there a way to review your final exam? I thought I did very well on the final and I did well on everything else (including participation). This was my first quarter at UW.

Which class is this for? I think you should have noticed/contacted them a bit earlier about this. Hurry and contact your professor/TA because they usually toss the exams after a couple of weeks, if no one picks them up.

Usually there is a regrade procedure if you think something went wrong, so definitely do what UDubhopeful suggests and contact your teacher. You can probably pick up your final at their office and look it over.

you can usually go get it once the new quarter starts, i’d email your prof if he/she didn’t mention anything about it before.

Sometimes the profs don’t have the exams - make sure to ask your TA and worst case, go talk to the department advisors who might have a better idea of how to get your test.

If you think your final exam may have been graded wrong, don’t hesitate for a regrade! My friend got his GPA from a class bumped up from a 3.6 to a 3.9 because of a major mess up on one of the problems on his exam.
