<p>I need to check up on some recommendations and other paperwork that I sent to Cornell. Do I call the main undergraduate office, or the office of the school I'm applying to?</p>
<p>Also, is this considered rude or unnecessary or is it common practice?</p>

<p>If you’re checking if they received them, you can do that online if you applied online. Cornell sent me an email with my account and password that I was able to use to check up on the status of all the parts of my application.</p>
